3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart.

 

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs, which are clearly communicated to you during the order process.

 

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you specify. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages in our online shop.

 

6. Payment

Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal, credit card, or through other payment methods offered in the shop.

 

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

8. Right of withdrawal / Returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our separate cancellation policy.

The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

 

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

 

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

 

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
